SC Private Provider Scope

Perform private provider plan review for Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural for compliance with the Florida Building Code, and inspection services typically performed by the Building Dept.

Plan review fee includes an initial review and two follow up reviews of Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural disciplines for compliance with Florida Building Code. ?
All Inspections performed by a Licensed Inspector or Professional Engineer.? Owner receives a savings in the building permit fee as established by the local building department.
Inspections are estimated for a 12-month project, approximately 500 inspections, billed monthly. ?
