SURAMY CABRERA

Suramy Cabrera is a Florida and New York licensed Structural Professional Engineer & building official with over 20 years of experience. She has designed buildings in the High Velocity Hurricane and Earthquake zones, as well as designed under the Florida Building Code, Uniform Building Code, and Caribbean Code. She brings this extensive structural design experience as an unmatched and valuable asset to every Private Provider Job and Peer Review.

Throughout her career, Suramy has held various leadership positions, including Building Director and Zoning Director, in different Miami-area cities. This extensive experience allows her to navigate the complexities of the permitting process and deliver exceptional service.

Adam Eisen, Esq is a lawyer with 10 years of experience practicing in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Adam provides comprehensive legal counsel to shareholders, C-suite executives, and staff members of privately-held companies, with the goal of finding practical solutions to problems and minimizing risk.

He oversees all aspects related to development inception, zoning analysis, building code, project viability, local law compliance, and Architect of Record Services.
